Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Lobby (the "Service," "Lobby," "we," "us"). By creating an account, you agree to them.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Lobby. By signing up, you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Your Account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your password secure. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Your Content

You keep ownership of everything you post: reviews, comments, clips, whatever. By posting it, you give Lobby a license to display, distribute, and store it as part of operating the Service (e.g., showing it in the Feed, on your profile, in a party's recommendations). This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except where it's already been shared by others in ways we can't retract (e.g., a screenshot).

4. Acceptable Use

Don't use Lobby to:

• Harass, threaten, or bully other users
• Post illegal, hateful, or sexually explicit content
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone
• Spam, or manipulate rankings, reviews, or the AI recommendation limit through fake accounts or automation
• Scrape or bulk-collect data from the Service
• Attempt to bypass any usage limit (e.g., the daily AI recommendation cap)

We can remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, at our discretion.

5. Game Names, Art, and Third-Party Content

Game titles, logos, and cover art shown in Lobby belong to their respective publishers and rights holders, and are used solely to identify the games being reviewed. Lobby does not claim ownership of them. Video content embedded from YouTube or Twitch remains subject to those platforms' own terms.

6. AI Recommendations

AI-generated game recommendations are provided for entertainment purposes and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or to reflect your actual preferences. See our Privacy Policy for how your data is used to generate them.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lobby is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms or for any other reason, with or without notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We'll update the effective date above when these Terms change, and post a notice in the app for material changes. Continuing to use Lobby after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
